The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) has approved the following Preventive Care Items to rostered patients at Family Health Groups.

The Glenashton Medical Centre is a Family Health Group and as such qualifies to offer these services to our rostered patients as part of our comprehensive care model.

1. Childhood Immunizations up to 30 months
2. Pap Smear ages 35 to 69
3. Mammograms ages 50 to 69
4. Colorectal screening (Hema-Screen test) ages 50 to 74
5. Flu shots aged over 65

If you qualify and have NOT had these services within the last year, you are encouraged to contact us and make an appointment to have them completed.
